The self-service bath. We provide everything you need — tub, shampoo, towels — and we clean up.

Miss the appointment, pay the appointment.— The house policy, posted at the desk
A no-show is charged the full grooming or bath price. Call to cancel or reschedule — any time before the appointment, including right after you book — and there’s no charge at all. The chair was yours; somebody else’s dog wanted it.
Good to know
Baths and styling are by appointment. The quick stuff — nails, teeth, a light trim — walks in.
Prices may vary with thickness of coat and presence of matting. A matted coat or an extra-thick double coat takes real time, and time is what you’re buying.
Nervous, elderly or reactive dogs: tell us when you book and we will put you in the first slot of the day, when the room is emptiest.
Cash and card both fine. Tips go to the groomer, never the house.
